At Lock & Loaded, we're all about empowering women through gun training. Our classes are designed for women of all levels to learn in a supportive and comfortable environment. Our team of experienced instructors are passionate about teaching women how to protect themselves and their loved ones. We also offer a range of supplies designed specifically for women, from holsters to apparel. We're committed to helping women feel confident and in control, both on and off the range.
Home Defense Courses with Lock and Loaded.

Instructor is certified pistol instructor with years of experience.
Training is conducted in a residential home that offers most of the scenarios you will encounter.
Class is limited to 15 Students.
All levels are welcome from beginner to advanced.

​We believe women need to be trained efficiently so they are comfortable with their guns and how to use them properly. We specialize in training women. Below is the classes we feel will get you there (in this order):

Class 1: Pistol 1 - $200
Includes: proper shooting position, breath work, helps make you comfortable with your firearm, reloads, malfunctions while in a threat situation, basic parts of a gun, cleaning the weapon, how to draw your firearm, help in finding the best firearm for you. (1 day - 8 hours)
Class 2: CFP Certification - $150
Includes: Classroom instruction, satisfy requirements to apply for a concealed fire arm license from the State of Utah, live fire training, trains you on how to be comfortable and responsible with your gun, education on self defense laws (when and when not to use deadly force. (8 hours - 1 day)

Class 3: Home/Indoor Defense Training (Force on Force) - $150
In the real world, a home invasion/active shooter at work etc.., is a possibility you may actually encounter. So it’s good to train for this. Further you are much more likely to have to deal with a threat by yourself or maybe with one other person/spouse. You will practice engaging against Single/Multiple Threats.
Class is Light/No Light scenarios based, with feedback at end of each scenario.
Training is conducted using XTac Tactical Laser Training System to allow for realistic training. All equipment is provided. Pistol and rifle platforms used. (See Pic for Gear Setup)
